Pancakes

This is what happens when I put Clemens in charge of making pancakes for dinner.

And this is a shout out to all of my Texan roomates over the years. Blue Bell Ice Cream has a VERY loyal Texan following. I had yet to try it until last week. It's goooooood. When it is slightly thawing out, it tastes like homemade.
