Aguirra Springs Hike

This past Saturday we all went on a hike up in our local mountain range. We went to Aguirra Springs and hiked the Pine Needle Trail. It was 4.5 miles round trip, with an elevation gain of 1000 ft. and guess what? I made it. I know pretty cool accomplishment. Maja made it too. 3 hours and we only had to stop to feed her once. She loves being outdoors, and only started crying the last 1/2 hour or so. Clemens was pretty stoked that there was water up there. With it being winter and having it rain all of .005 inches since December we were worried that there was NO water here. I guess they didn't lie about the springs.

Oh, and the temperatures have gone back down to normal. Low to mid 70's, dropping below freezing at night.
